For account / subscription / refund issues, please use Apple's support flow:

• Cancel or manage subscription: iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → SteadyDay Plus
• Refund request: reportaproblem.apple.com
• Family Sharing: the lifetime purchase is Family Sharing eligible. Subscriptions are not.
